A: Corporate and community gatherings. Performing arts, live music, and sporting events. Weddings, anniversary celebrations, retirement parties, family reunions. Basically, if people are gathering and something’s happening, I’ll document it like a boss. So go ahead—throw that corporate-wedding-retirement-party with live music and a third-cousin interpretive dance-off. You know you want to. I’ll be there for it.
A: Part documentary, part editorial. I focus on candid moments as they happen, then deliver images with a refined, story-driven finish. The result is a polished but authentic gallery: crisp, vibrant, and true to color. If you want something more stylized (moodier, dreamier, vibier?), just say the word—but probably not vibier, because I’m not sure what that means.
A: Professional Nikon gear that can handle everything from dimly lit venues to action-packed chaos. My setup includes:
– Nikon D850 and D500 cameras
– 50mm f/1.8 lens
– 16–35mm f/4 VR lens
– 24–70mm f/2.8 VR lens
– 70–200mm f/2.8 VR lens
– Nikon SB-700 and SB-5000 Speedlights
A: Yep! Local events in the Boise–Meridian area are already covered. Beyond that, I’m happy to hit the road. We’ll figure out travel details as part of the booking process. Time travel, however, is currently unavailable—so plan accordingly.
A: A secure link to your event gallery typically lands in your inbox within 48 hours. Weddings take up to 2-3 weeks. Sneak peeks and rush delivery are also available.
A: Yes. I carry full business liability and equipment insurance. Some venues require it—either way, it’s nice to know we’re covered.
A: Start with the contact page. We’ll discuss your event, maybe meet in person if that works, and if we’re vibing, we’ll make it official with a signed contract and a retainer. I try to make it easy and human. I’ll also try not to use the word vibing again.
A: Plan on about 25–30 fully edited images per hour of coverage. The final count depends on the size and scope of your event. What you’ll get is a thoughtfully curated gallery that prioritizes quality over quantity.
A: Definitely. Before the event, we’ll talk through any specific people, traditions, or can’t-miss moments so I know what matters to you. I’m observant, but I’m not psychic… yet. So we’ll want to get on the same page ahead of time.
A: To quote the once-great Kanye West, “Everything I’m not made me everything I am.” I’m not the photographer who turns your event into a fashion shoot or makes you pose like someone you’re not. I don’t stage photos or direct the room—I read it. I observe, anticipate, and respond. I look for authentic interactions and reactions. I move through the event like an unassuming guest with mad camera skills—no ego, no chaos, just me and my camera. If you're after authentic images and a calm, steady presence behind the camera, I’m on the job.
